CalComp Names Millerick Chief Financial Officer

* John J. Millerick has been named senior vice president, finance, and chief financial officer of CalComp Inc., an Anaheim provider of computer graphics peripherals. He was formerly vice president, finance for Digital Equipment Corp.’s personal computer business unit. Before joining Digital in 1994, Millerick was with Wang Laboratories for 12 years, leaving as vice president-corporate controller and acting chief financial officer.

* James R. Phillips has joined Bank of America’s private banking and investment services group as vice president and regional business development officer. He will be based in Newport Beach. Phillips was previously with First Interstate Bank, where he held various positions including vice president of private client services, vice president of corporate and private banking and corporate banking officer in the national division.

* Sheri Arnett has been named marketing administrator of Boyds Wheels Inc., a Stanton custom wheel design and manufacturing company. She had been marketing administrator for seven years at MascoTech Norris in Vernon. In addition, Grady Pfeiffer was appointed general manager of the company’s motorcycle division. He was formerly senior vice president of sales for Sterling Electronics.

* Patty Breland has been appointed director of marketing at H. Hendy Associates, a Costa Mesa interior planning and design firm. Before joining the company, she was a project manager at JCM Facilities Planning and Management.

* Jerry Werksman has been elected president of the Jewish Federation of Orange County. He is an attorney and president of Lido Financial Services.

* John Chen has joined Procom Technology Inc., an Irvine manufacturer of computer storage products, to oversee its distribution operations. He was previously general manager of Phonic Hi-Tech Corp., an Irvine distributor of audio equipment.

* Kari Rinkeviczie has joined Allen & Caron/South Coast Communications Group in Irvine as media relations specialist. She was formerly on the editorial staff of Business Wire.

* Terri Vaccher has been appointed to the board of directors for Saddleback Community Enterprises, a United Way agency that provides training and employment for the mentally disabled. She is regional manager at Merit Property Management Inc. in Mission Viejo.

* Kelly J. Hamilton has joined the employee rights law firm of Don D. Sessions in Mission Viejo. She has previously worked for the 4th District Court of Appeal, a workers’ compensation law firm and the Orange County public defender’ office.

* Craig W. Neslage has joined Mission Geoscience Inc., an environmental and geotechnical consulting firm, as vice president of operations. He will be located in the Newport Beach office. Neslage was formerly Orange County branch manager for Geraghty & Miller Inc.
