HOH Announces Reverse Split, Name Change

HOH Water Technology Corp. said it will enact a 1-for-10 reverse stock split Thursday and change the company’s name to Electropure Inc.
The company will change its trading symbol to “ELTP” on the over-the-counter market.
HOH also said its patent infringement litigation has been resolved against Millipore, allowing it to continue to manufacture and market its EDI water treatment technology.
