Cafe Noir to Perform at California Plaza
Cafe Noir, self-described as a “gypsy-jazz-bluegrass-folk-classical hybrid band,” will provide the noontime entertainment Friday at California Plaza.
The hourlong concert is part of the plaza’s free noontime celebration series.
