ARV Offers to Buy Partnership Units

ARV Assisted Living Inc., which operates 38 senior citizen living facilities, said Monday that it offered to purchase up to 3,715 limited partnership units of American Retirement Villas Properties II for $720 each, less second-quarter distributions. The offer is for units ARV does not already own.
