Imperial Credit Mortgage Reports Gains

Imperial Credit Mortgage Holdings Inc., a real estate investment trust, posted net income of $2.1 million, or 46 cents a share, for the second quarter, an increase of 62% from $1.3 million for last year’s second quarter.

Revenue jumped to $14.2 million from $1.6 million.

Net income for the first half more than doubled to $3.8 million, or 85 cents a share, from $1.7 million. Revenue grew to $27.9 million for the period from $2.1 million.
