Tivoli Industries Inc.: The Santa Ana designer and manufacturer of specialty lighting said net income for the third fiscal quarter totaled $15,035, contrasted with a year-earlier net loss of $15,313. Sales for the quarter ended June 30 grew 45% to $1.6 million from $1.1 million. Net income for the first three quarters rose 64% to $92,885, or 2 cents a share, from $56,511, or 1 cent a share in the same period last year. Sales increased 44% to $4.6 million from $3.2 million.
