Chain Sells Hornblower’s to Ventura Businessman

Hudson’s Grill of America, a Dallas-based restaurant chain, has completed the sale of Hornblower’s restaurant and comedy club at Ventura Harbor to Ventura businessman Kian Farzadam.

The purchase price of $300,000 was paid, predominantly, in the form of a secured promissory note. The note is payable, with interest, over four years.
