CET Environmental Services Inc.: The Tustin environmental remediation, water treatment and emergency response company said net income for the second quarter dropped to $32,131, or 1 cent a share, from $451,573, or 12 cents a share, a year ago. Revenue rose 49% to $14.5 million from $9.7 million. Net income for the first six months declined to $260,490, or 5 cents a share, from $833,521, or 23 cents a share, for the 1995 first half. Revenue advanced 65% to $27 million from $16.4 million.
