Pacific Mutual Expands

Pacific Mutual Life Insurance Co. said it has acquired a minority interest in Oregon-based Morley Financial Services. Terms were not disclosed.

Morley Financial, which is based in Lake Oswego, oversees a group of companies, including Morely Capital Management Inc., a national company that manages $7 billion in assets.
