Raytheon Gets Airport Radar Order: Raytheon Co. received a U.S. government order for airport radar systems that could be worth as much as $619.9 million, the Air Force said. The company’s Electronic Systems unit will build what’s known as the Digital Airport Surveillance Radar system for military and commercial airports throughout the United States. Under the terms of the contract, Raytheon could build as many as 213 systems by 2007. The systems will be built in Marlborough, Mass., and Ontario, Canada.
