Premier Laser Systems Inc.: The Irvine manufacturer of medical lasers, fiber-optic delivery systems and associated products incurred a net loss of $697,060, or 15 cents a share, for the first fiscal quarter ended June 30. That compares with a net loss of $1.2 million, or 27 cents a share, for the like period last year. Sales rose to $1.3 million from $112,564.
