Registration Open for Huntington Derby

Huntington Beach’s 42nd annual Distance Derby will be Aug. 31 at the city’s Pier.

The 10-mile run will start at 7 a.m., with awards given to the top three finishers in each age category among male and female competitors 20 and older.

Awards will also go to the top three finishers in a 5-mile youth run.

Registration before Friday is $10 without a T-shirt and $16 with a T-shirt.

Registration on the day of the event is $13 without a shirt and $20 with a shirt, while supplies last.
