Encino Security Company Teams With Miami Firm

Pinkerton’s Inc., an Encino provider of security and investigation services, said it has entered an agreement to team with a Miami-based corporate investigations and security consulting firm.

Terms of the agreement with Incident Management Group were not disclosed.

Pinkerton’s and IMG will cooperate to provide assessment, consulting and investigative services to their clients and to clients of Cigna International’s Specialty Products and Services Group.

Cigna announced earlier this year that it would insure clients against kidnapping, extortion, product tampering and workplace violence.
