Research Engineers Option Garners $906,000

Research Engineers Inc. received an additional $906,000 in funding after the underwriter for its initial public offering exercised an option to acquire 195,000 shares.

The 45-day option was granted in connection with Research Engineers’ initial public offering on July 26. The underwriters were led by Cruttenden Roth Inc. Following the exercise of the option, the company said, it has about 5.7 million shares outstanding.
