Peggy Reiser, an eight-year Ventura County resident, died Saturday after a lengthy battle with cancer. She was 44.
She was born April 12, 1952, in Oklahoma City, Okla. A Southern California resident since 1966, she moved to Camarillo in 1988.
A homemaker, Reiser was active at Las Posas Elementary School in Camarillo as a noon supervisor, room mother and pep squad leader. She was also a Brownie leader.
Reiser is survived by her husband Paul; a son, Jason and a daughter, Lynsay. Memorial donations may be made to the American Lung Assn., 2575 Wagon Wheel Road, Oxnard 93030.
Guardian Memorial Funeral Directors, Oxnard is in charge of the arrangements.
