Bruins Using Time Wisely

A week without a game is giving UCLA an opportunity to take extra time making corrections before preparations begin to play at Michigan on Sept. 28.

The mistakes that showed up in a 44-0 victory over Northeast Louisiana were subtle ones, Coach Bob Toledo said.

“Some blocking things, some alignment things, we misblocked some people,” he said Monday. “We make corrections every week, but this lets us spend a little more time on them.”
