Sunstone Renovates 114-Room Oregon Hotel

SAN CLEMENTE — Sunstone Hotel Investors Inc., a real estate investment trust, announced Monday it has reopened a 114-room hotel in the Portland, Ore., area and opened a 78-room Residence Inn in Denver. The 114-room hotel, one of six Cypress Inn hotels acquired by Sunstone earlier this year for $15 million, was renovated and has reopened as a Hampton Inn.
