Knickerbocker Unit

L.L. Knickerbocker Co. said Wednesday that it has agreed to buy jewelry maker Harlyn Products Inc.’s international subsidiary. Terms weren’t disclosed.

Harlyn International Co. had annual sales of about $10 million. L.L. Knickerbocker’s jewelry operation both in Thailand and the United States has total annual sales of more than $30 million.

L.L. Knickerbocker sells jewelry and collectibles.
