Aliso Niguel hopes to avenge last year’s 50-18 loss to El Toro. The teams’ common opponent this season is Mission Viejo. The Wolverines beat the Diablos, 40-21, on Sept. 20; the Chargers beat them, 30-14, last week. Against the Diablos, quarterback Scott Nemeth filled in for running back Trent Perley, who was sidelined because of a respiratory ailment. Nemeth gained 164 yards in 24 carries. Wes Thomas filled in for Nemeth. For El Toro, Murle Sango was all over the field last week, rushing for 106 yards and a touchdown and catching nine passes for 88 yards and another touchdown.
