A sheriff’s detective searching freelance photographer Charles Rathbun’s house shortly after the disappearance of Hermosa Beach model Linda Sobek testified Friday that he found three pieces of paper with various scenarios explaining her death.

Lt. Richard Dietrich of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department said he had a search warrant last Nov. 23 when he entered the photographer’s Hollywood home and discovered the papers in the photographer’s office area.

This was the fifth day of testimony in the murder trial of Rathbun, 39, accused of murdering and sexually assaulting Sobek, who disappeared Nov. 16 while the two were on a photo shoot for an auto magazine. He has pleaded not guilty to murder and sexual assault charges.
