Gully Finds Niche on Offensive Line
Sean Gully can identify with Toni Kukoc and all the other NBA sixth men. Gully is the sixth man on the UCLA offensive line.
After three seasons of languishing on the Bruin depth chart, Gully, a redshirt junior, has emerged as an important cog in the UCLA offense, which has used the same five starters on the line this season.
The Arizona State game on Saturday will be the fifth.
“Sean got 51 snaps in the Oregon game, and he’ll get about the same this week,” line coach Steve Marshall said.
Gully has played left and right guard and can substitute at other positions as well.

Cornerback Paul Guidry probably won’t start Saturday but should play and may be cleared to run back punts. If not, his brother, Javelin, is the punt returner.
