The Fullerton Senior Multi-Service Center will host a “beat the blues” workshop for senior citizens Nov. 21.

The workshop aims to combat depression. It will be from 2 to 4 p.m. at the center, 340 W. Commonwealth Ave.

Topics to be covered include why older adults may be especially vulnerable to bouts of depression, why care-givers are more at risk of depression, information on medication management, and where and how to find help.
