Safeguard Health Enterprises Inc.: The Anaheim health-care marketing company posted net income of $1.1 million, or 23 cents a share, for the third quarter, 72% higher than the $649,000, or 14 cents a share, recorded for the comparable 1995 quarter. Revenue grew 11% to $19.7 million from $17.8 million. For the nine-month period, net income increased 65% to $2.8 million, or 57 cents a share, from $1.7 million, or 35 cents a share, a year earlier. Revenue rose 15% to $57.8 million from $50.2 million.
