State Senator to Hold an Outdoor Meeting

State Sen. Jack O’Connell will again set up his card table desk on a street corner in downtown Ventura and meet with constituents Thursday.
O’Connell (D-San Luis Obispo) will listen to constituents’ concerns at the corner of California and Main streets from 9 to 10:30 a.m.
The senator has met with the public in downtown Ventura every six to eight weeks for the past six years. He has held similar outdoor meetings in cities throughout his district since first being elected to office in 1982.
