Ross Getting Tired of All the Rumors

San Diego Charger Coach Bobby Ross has grown weary of being linked to job openings across the country.

Ross has been rumored to be in the running for several jobs this season, the latest being at Notre Dame. After the Chargers were embarrassed at home by Tampa Bay on Sunday, Ross angrily denied two TV reports saying he’d be a candidate to replace Lou Holtz.

“I’m really not going to comment on it,” Ross said. “Every time I say something it gives credence to somebody talking over a radio talk show. This has happened every year and I’m still here. I want to keep myself focused on this thing.”
