Dick Clark Productions Inc. added two members to its board of directors.

Robert A. Chuck, a vice president of special projects with the Burbank-based entertainment company, was added to the board, as was Jeffrey B. Logsdon, a managing director with Cruttenden Roth Inc., an investment banking concern.

* Michael Shapiro has joined the board of trustees for the Ojai Valley Museum. An independent writer-producer, he has been associate producer and producer for several nationally syndicated shows.

Shapiro is a founding member of the Coalition to Stop Weldon Canyon Dump, serves on the board of the Ojai Land Conservancy and is an honorary board member of the Ojai Film Society.
