Went from 35-49 to 57-27 and the ABA’s Eastern Division title.
* DENVER NUGGETS (1974-79)
Went from 37-47 to 65-19 and the ABA’s Western Division title.
* UCLA BRUINS (1979-81)
Advanced to NCAA tournament final in first season.
* NEW JERSEY NETS (1981-83)
Went from 24-58 to 44-38 and their first playoff spot in three years.
* KANSAS JAYHAWKS (1983-88)
NCAA champions in last season. Second-winningest coach in school history.
* SAN ANTONIO SPURS (1988-92)
Improved 35 games in Brown’s second year (21-61 to 56-26)
* CLIPPERS (1992-93)
Made playoffs both seasons, their only appearances in last 18 years.
