Wynn’s International Inc. said Wednesday it has named James Carroll, its president and chief executive, to the additional post of chairman. Carroll replaces Wesley E. Bellwood, who was named chairman emeritus.

Carroll is relinquishing his post as president of Wynn’s, a supplier or automotive and industrial components and specialty chemicals. Wynn’s named John W. Huber president and chief operating officer. For the past six years, Huber has been president of Wynn’s-Precision Inc., the company’s Lebanon, Tenn.-based supplier of O-rings and other sealing products. During his 11 years with Wynn’s, Huber also served as vice president-corporate development.

In addition, Controller James F. Barlow has been named treasurer. John J. Halenda has been named to succeed Huber as president of Wynn’s-Precision. Halenda was president of Wynn’s Climate Systems Inc. until its principal operating assets were sold to Moog Automotive Inc. in May.
