From Bloomberg Business News

Southwest Airlines Co. is bringing its low-fare philosophy to Europe, through its first marketing agreement with another airline.

The Dallas-based carrier has agreed to link one of its daily flights with Icelandair. Passengers will, for example, be able to fly round-trip from Cleveland to Luxembourg for $348, starting next month.

The agreement calls for Southwest to fly passengers from Cleveland to the Baltimore/Washington International Airport, where they will board an Icelandair flight to Iceland and from there to destinations in Britain, Scandinavia and continental Europe. Only the price of the flight to Luxembourg has been set.
