Thousands of men, women and children in need will receive yuletide gifts and be treated to a free holiday show Saturday.
Jim Palmer, president and executive director of the Orange County Rescue Mission and House of Hope, said that this holiday season the mission will distribute more than 26,000 gifts from its 32-foot Mobile Rescue Vehicle, which travels across Orange County.
The Rescue Mission has been distributing gifts to the poor for 33 years, he said.
Disneyland will host the show, with performances at 11 a.m., 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. at the Freedman Forum Concert Theater, 210 E. Broadway, next to City Hall.
Seating and gifts from the Rescue Mission are on a first-come, first-served basis. Seating will begin 20 minutes before each performance.
