Kidd to Sit Out Three-Game Trip

Guard Jason Kidd, undergoing treatment for a neck sprain, will miss the Dallas Mavericks’ three-game road trip which began with a 105-98 victory Thursday at Vancouver.
Meanwhile, fellow guard Tony Dumas was acquitted in Dallas of misdemeanor charges of punching and dragging his pregnant girlfriend, Georgia Foy, 27, on April 26.
