POINT OF THE MOUNTAIN, Utah —
An inmate who tried to break out of prison in a box via UPS got an express trip back to hiscell Thursday.
David A. Neel, a 48-year-old man serving up to life in prison for molesting a child, was found just outside the institution in a big box with an address sticker. The box was on its way to a United Parcel Service station.
A guard opened the package.
