NONCONFERENCE
* UNIVERSITY OF SAN DIEGO (4-4) at UC IRVINE (0-6)
Time--7. Radio--KUCI (88.9)
Six games into the season and a pattern is forming. The Anteaters play, they turn the ball over a lot, they shoot poorly and they lose. To make matters worse, starters Brian Johnson (sprained toe), Wendell Robinson (sprained foot) and Juma Jackson (concussion) are banged up. All will play and will have to play well. San Diego has lost close games to Kansas and Stanford. Brian Miles (14.4 ppg) and Sean Flannery (13.5) are the Toreros’ leading scorers.
