Songwriter (Bravo Wednesday at 5 and 11 p.m.) Willie Nelson and Kris Kristofferson as a pair of outlaw songwriter-singers, battling their way through all the cornball corruption of country-and-Western robber barons (amusingly played by Rip Torn and director Richard Sarafian). The 1984 Alan Rudolph film skitters and races along at a pace that seems more Manhattan-methedrine than laid-back country, but it has plenty of salt, spice, songs and zingy sidelights.
