Annual Spring Festival Is Set for March 22

The city’s community services and recreation departments will host a spring festival March 22.

The annual event will feature handmade crafts for sale and a pancake breakfast. Vendor booths are available for $20 and $30.

The festival will be at the Civic Center Sunken Gardens, 8200 Westminster Blvd.
