Ionesco’s ‘Chairs’ Resumes L.A. Run

Eugene Ionesco’s absurdist comedy “The Chairs” resumes at the Stages Theatre Center in Hollywood at 8 p.m. Friday.

After the performance, director Florinel Fatulescu and members of the cast will hold a remembrance session marking the author’s death on March 28, 1994. The play, starring Barbara Bain and Jeremy Lawrence, will be presented at 8 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays and at 3 p.m. Sundays. It closes April 6.
