Simulation Sciences Finishes $6.2-Million Deal

Simulation Sciences Inc. said it has completed its previously announced purchase of the assets of a Houston company for $1.6 million in cash and $4.6 million in stock.

Simulation Sciences, which provides commercial simulation software and related services to industrial firms, acquired substantially all of the assets of Visual Solutions Inc.
