Regency Health Agrees to Acquire HHC

Regency Health Services Inc. said Thursday it has agreed to acquire HHC Health Group Inc., an Irvine-based provider of home health-care services. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. HHC’s annual revenue is about $6.2 million.

HHC’s chairman and president, Julia Sherman, will become director of special programs-home health for the combined companies.
