Workshop Offered on U.S. Citizenship
The Hispanic Organization for Personal Excellence, or HOPE, a Thousand Oaks-based nonprofit group, is hosting a workshop Saturday for people interested in becoming U.S. citizens.
The workshop will be at the library of Thousand Oaks High School, 2323 N. Moorpark Road, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The cost is $50 to HOPE for processing the citizenship application, photos and fingerprints, and $95 to the Immigration and Naturalization Service for processing. Payment must be in the form of checks or money orders.
