Pageant JonBenet Won Will Resume

When the America’s Royale Miss organization last sponsored a pageant, JonBenet Ramsey swept the competition in the Tiny Miss category. In the organization’s first event since her slaying, at least 40 girls ages 3 to 16 will compete today in Denver, and each will receive a guardian angel pin in memory of the 6-year-old found strangled in her Boulder home Dec. 26. “We felt we had to start the healing process for kids and families. We felt we had to begin again,” said pageant organizer Suzie Doland.
