Two bombs exploded near Jewish settlements in the Gaza Strip today, wounding three Palestinians and killing the two bombers, officials said.

One of the bombs exploded near the Jewish settlement of Netzarim as a school bus was due to leave, but a Jewish settler leader said the bus had been delayed.

The second blast, near the Kfar Darom settlement, occurred when a cart loaded with explosives went off near an Israeli bus.

The explosions were the second attacks on Israeli targets in less than two weeks. On March 21, three Israeli women died in a suicide bomb attack at a Tel Aviv cafe. On Monday, Israeli police destroyed the home of the Tel Aviv bomber.

In a separate incident today, a 20-year-old Palestinian was shot dead in the West Bank city of Hebron, apparently by Israeli soldiers.

A security officer at Amira Alia Hospital said the body of Kamel Sidki Zaro was brought in about 8 a.m. He said Zaro was shot by Israeli soldiers after he failed to heed their orders to stop at a checkpoint, but the account could not be immediately verified.
