Nona Morelli’s II Inc.: The Irvine holding company with operations and activities in food manufacturing and international gaming and hotel management reported a net loss of $1.8 million, or 4 cents a share, for the second quarter of fiscal 1997 ended Dec. 31, contrasted with year-earlier net income of $1 million, or 1 cent a share. Revenue declined to $360,775 from $3.8 million. A net loss of $3.2 million, or 7 cents a share, was recorded for the first half, contrasted with profit of $2 million, or 3 cents a share, for the first six months of the prior fiscal year. Revenue fell to $712,146 from $8.1 million. The company attributed the net loss and decline in revenue to its August 1996 sale of its interest in a major casino project.
