Soul, jazz, folk and pop acts from the ‘60s and ‘70s will make up a summer pop concert series at the Orange County Performing Arts Center in Costa Mesa. Gladys Knight sings May 16; Al Jarreau, June 7; Gordon Lightfoot, June 20; and David Gates and Bread with Livingston Taylor, July 11.
