Plasma & Materials Is Now Trikon Technologies Inc.

Plasma & Materials Technologies Inc. has changed its corporate name to Trikon Technologies Inc.

The Chatsworth-based supplier of equipment used to manufacture semiconductors said that since late last year when it acquired Electrotech Group, it has reorganized the company and the new name better reflects its goal of building an international semiconductor equipment business.
