Inc.: The Rancho Santa Margarita company, which markets collectibles, jewelry and accessories and other products, reported 1996 net income of $1.4 million, or 8 cents a share, up 8% from $1.3 million, or 10 cents a share, the previous year. Revenue rose to $42.1 million from $13.1 million. For the fourth quarter, the company posted a net loss of $93,000, or 1 cent a share, compared with a net loss of $181,000, or 1 cent a share, a year ago. Revenue advanced to $23.2 million from $4 million. The company attributed the revenue gain to five acquisitions completed during the year.
