Rainbow Technologies Inc.: The Irvine provider of software and information protection products said net income for the first quarter declined 14% to $2.4 million, or 30 cents a share, from $2.8 million, or 35 cents a share, from the same period a year earlier. Revenue was up 1% to $20.8 million from $20.6 million.
