In another Century League meet:

Santa Ana Valley 89, Villa Park 28--Milton Fields won the 100 (11.3), the 200 (23.6), led off the winning 400 relay (46.8) and won the long jump (19-11) for sixth-ranked Santa Ana Valley (3-1). Teammate Brian Fort won the 400 (53.5), the 300 hurdles (45.1) and anchored the 400 relay (46.8).

In the Empire League:

Loara 70, Kennedy 65--Eric Nuanez won three events in Loara’s first league victory. Nuanez won the 100 with a time of 10.8. Nuanez also won the 200 (23.0) and the 110 hurdles (14.8) for Loara (1-2).

In the Freeway League:

Sunny Hills 93, Fullerton 33--Jason Jenkins won the 100 in 10.8 seconds and the 200 in 22.6 seconds and Daren Solomon won the long jump (20 feet 5 1/2 inches) and triple jump (41-6) for Sunny Hills (4-2, 2-1).

In the Garden Grove League:

Garden Grove 86, Los Amigos 42--Chris Hospedales (200 and 400) and Jason Bruce (100 and triple jump) each won two events as Garden Grove (5-0) clinched a share of the league dual-meet title.

In the Golden West League:

Tustin 70, Saddleback 52--Dominique DeGrammont won the 110 hurdles (13.9) and the 300 hurdles (40.4) to lead top-ranked Tustin (4-0 in league).

In the Olympic League:

Orange Lutheran 85, Brethren Christian 45--Orange Lutheran (4-0) clinched the league title, winning 11 events to defeat Brethren Christian (3-1).

In the Orange League:

Brea Olinda 74, Magnolia 52--Jim Norum won the shot put (51 feet 6 1/2 inches) and the discus (156-7 3/4) for Brea (10-1, 4-0).

In the Sea View League:

Corona del Mar 73, Newport Harbor 63--Tyler Beardsley won the 800 and the 1,600 and anchored the 1,600 relay team, which clinched the victory with a time of 3:34.3, for Corona del Mar (3-1 in league).

Woodbridge 92, Irvine 43--Anthony Valanos won the 300 hurdles (43.3), the long jump (20-7) and triple jump (42-1) for Woodbridge (2-4, 1-3).

In the South Coast League:

Dana Hills 76, Trabuco Hills 60--Steve Anstead won the 100 in 10.8, 200 in 22.4, long jump (20-5 1/4), and triple jump (41-11 3/4) to lead Dana Hills (3-1 in league).

In the Sunset League:

Fountain Valley 77, Huntington Beach 49--Scott Moser recorded the best shotput mark in the county this year with a toss of 61-10 1/2 for Fountain Valley.

Edison 75, Los Alamitos 56--Nick Powell won the 110 hurdles (15.7) and the 300 hurdles (42.2) for second-ranked Edison (4-0).

In Freeway League girls’ track and field:

Sunny Hills 82, Fullerton 45--Megan Bagdonas won the 100 (12.7 seconds), the long jump (15-8) and ran on the winning 400 and 1,600 relay teams for Sunny Hills (6-0, 3-0).

Troy 92, La Habra 35--Julie Steele won the 100 yards, 220, high jump, and long jump for Troy (8-2, 3-1).

In the Golden West League:

Rosary 74, Santa Ana 62--Eliu Rodriguez won the 400 (1:03.59), the 100 hurdles (19.1), the 300 hurdles (49.9) and the long jump (14-8 1/2) for Santa Ana. Rosary is 4-0 in league.

In the Olympic League:

Orange Lutheran 79, Brethren Christian 51--Orange Lutheran (4-0), which lost the league title to Brethren Christian (3-1) last season, regained the title with the victory.

In the South Coast League:

Mission Viejo 88, Capistrano Valley 48--Sarah Higham and Ashley Bethel each won three events for third-ranked Mission Viejo (4-0). Higham won the 300 hurdles (49.07), pole vault (11-0) and triple jump (34-2). Bethel won the 100 (12.5), 200 (25.91) and long jump (17-9 1/2).
