From Times Wire Reports

The British army defused a bomb packed with more than 100 pounds of explosives planted outside a Belfast office used by Sinn Fein, the political arm of the outlawed Irish Republican Army. Sinn Fein said it believed the bomb--110 pounds of homemade explosives packed into a beer keg and placed inside a car--was planted by pro-British Protestant loyalists.
