“A Culinary Evening with the California Winemasters” on Saturday will be a reunion of winemakers and winery owners, an auction of rare wines and epicurean vacations and an opportunity to meet and sample signature dishes by chefs Nobu Matsuhisa, Todd English, Thomas Keller and many others. Wines from 37 wineries will be poured. Proceeds go to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
