CalComp Technology Inc. said Wednesday it has completed the sale of its 10-building, 27.9-acre headquarters here.
Under the transaction, CalComp, which supplies computer-graphics peripheral products, will lease back two of the properties from the buyers, Lincoln Property Co. of Dallas and Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette Inc.'s DLJ Real Estate Capital Partners L.P. unit.
CalComp will lease the two buildings for one year with an option to continue the lease for an additional year.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
CalComp said the sale is part of its company-wide restructuring and will provide savings in operating costs, while leasing the facility will allow it to determine future space needs.
